Q’son was founded in 1996.  Service and repair of all types of kitchen equipment was and still is our core business, albeit matching one to one with project sales and consultancy in the very near future.

We experienced exponential growth for more than a decade. With a staff strength of 6 and 1 service vehicle in the initial years, today Q’son boasts a staff strength of 150 and 14 service vehicles and still expanding.

Service
Zipping around mainland Singapore, Jurong Island and Sentosa, our service technicians are skilled and factory trained, meeting close to 100 service calls on a daily basis. Service is synonymous with Q’son. We are the leading service  provider, commanding serviced at least 80% of the local Food and Beverage outlets, including hotels, restaurants, resorts, factory & plant canteens, central kitchens and well heeled individual’s homes.

Manufacturing
Stainless steel fabrication work has become the mainstay for us in the recent years.  From simple structures to complex units, Q’son delivers quality workmanship and reliable goods. Adequate space and machinery has been added to our manufacturing plant in Johor.

Sitting on more than 20,000 sq ft of factory space and equipped with lathe machines, benders and cutters and state of the art fabrication machines, we are poised to churn out quality stainless steel products  and even at a substantially lower cost due to voluminous orders.

Equipment Sales, Project Work and Consultancy Service
Organically, sales of kitchen equipment, project works enquiries and consultancy services branched out and rode on the success of the servicing arm.

Starting with unit equipment sales, moving on to projects of under $100K, Q'son, quickly harnessed on our inhouse expertise and handled major project and consultancy work in excess of $1mil. To top it off, we are proud to deliver projects not only in Singapore, but also in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Malaysia.
